Avi Gluch is the founding director of the firm and a highly experienced legal practitioner with over two decades of experience, having practiced since 2000. He holds a BA Law degree, an LLB degree, and an LLM in Taxation, reflecting a strong academic foundation complemented by extensive practical expertise. 

He specialises in commercial law and commercial litigation and is recognised for his strategic, commercially focused approach to complex legal matters. Under his leadership, the firm is committed to delivering practical, results-driven legal solutions with integrity, precision, and professionalism.

Kotane Kenosi is a Senior Associate at the firm and started the firm alongside Avi Gluch. He has been in legal practice since 2018 and has developed a strong foundation in a range of legal disciplines. Mr. Kenosi has a keen interest in commercial law, corporate law, general litigation, and family law, and is known for his practical, solution-driven approach to legal matters. He is committed to delivering effective, client-focused legal services with professionalism and attention to detail.

Nokuthula Maluleka is a Candidate Attorney who joined the firm in 2025. She holds an LLB degree and provides valuable assistance to both Avi Gluch and Kotane Kenosi across a range of legal matters. 

Xannee Jacobs is a Candidate Attorney who joined the firm in 2026. She holds a BA Law degree and an LLB degree, providing a strong academic foundation for her legal practice. Ms Jacobs assissts Avi Gluch and Kotane Kenosi across a range of legal matters.

Rochelle Karbelkar is the firm's Legal Secretary and an integral part of its daily operations. She plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the practice, providing essential administrative and legal support across all matters.
